Job summary

Adaptfy in Amsterdam is seeking a Strategy and Execution Principal with 8-11 years of consulting experience to lead client engagements and drive strategic initiatives across industries. You will manage cross-functional teams, develop data-driven insights, and shape value-driven business cases while mentoring colleagues and expanding Adaptfy’s footprint in international markets.

The role requires outstanding stakeholder management, fluent English (Dutch a plus), and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

8-11 years of consulting experience, with at least 3+ years in a project lead role.
Strong management and communication skills to persuade senior clients.
Proven ability to manage client engagements and teams with high quality outcomes.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a track record of value creation.
Ability to develop leading-edge business models and long-term strategies.
Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders to drive impactful change.
Lead and develop teams, creating data-driven solutions and insights.
Identify opportunities and drive Adaptfy’s business development in an entrepreneurial environment.
Provide end-to-end project management across multiple work streams and stakeholders.
Oversee hypotheses development and advanced analyses of client and market data.
Coach and develop team members with ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
Contribute to internal capability development and company initiatives.
