Job summary

Adaptfy is seeking a Strategy and Execution Principal in Amsterdam with 8-11 years of consulting experience to join our Strategy and Execution team. You will lead client engagements, develop pragmatic strategies, and guide teams in delivering data-driven insights that drive impactful change across international markets.

In this role you will manage end-to-end projects, oversee multiple work streams, and coach team members while collaborating with senior stakeholders to create valuable business

Qualifications

• 8-11 years of consulting experience, with at least 3+ years in a project lead role
• Strong management and communication skills; ability to persuade senior clients
• Ability to develop leading-edge business models and long-term strategies
• Experience managing client engagements and coaching teams
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage client interactions and maintain client relationships
• Develop pragmatic strategies and design actionable insights; drive change management
• Provide end-to-end project management to meet client expectations
• Oversee formulation of strategic data-enabled hypotheses and analyses
• Coach and develop team members with on-the-job feedback and performance planning
• Participate in internal initiatives and capability/content development
