Adaptfy is seeking a Principal to lead client engagements and drive data-driven strategies across diverse industries. You will manage end-to-end projects, oversee multiple work streams, and coach teams to deliver pragmatic insights and value. Strong leadership, stakeholder management and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of consulting experience, with at least 3+ years in project lead roles.
• Strong management and communication skills; ability to persuade senior clients to act on advice.
• Experience managing client engagements and project teams, with oversight of multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client interactions and relationships as a principal.
• Provide end-to-end project management to meet client expectations across work streams and senior stakeholder groups.
• Develop strategic data-enabled hypotheses and perform advanced analyses of client, competitor and industry data.
• Coach and develop team members; contribute to internal capability and content development initiatives.
