Job summary

Cheil Benelux is looking for a Medior Strategist / Strategy Manager to join our Amsterdam team in a hybrid role. You’ll translate data into strategic direction and shape brand and campaign strategies for Philips and other brands.

You’ll own projects, collaborate with a Strategy Director, and turn insights into powerful briefs that drive impact across the full 360 ecosystem. You’ll work with culture, consumer behaviour and category dynamics, transforming knowledge into brand platforms and

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in brand, communication or creative strategy.
• Strategic thinker with analytical depth and creative curiosity.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of brand building and integrated communications.
• Comfortable with research tools and audience data.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day strategy on key campaigns and projects.
• Translate research and data into sharp insights and clear creative directions.
• Write inspiring creative briefs and support the development of integrated campaigns.
• Work closely with a Strategy Director to build and deliver brand and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, account, and production teams to ensure work is strategically sound and creatively ambitious.
• Contribute to new business pitches and internal thought leadership projects.
• Present your thinking confidently to clients and internal teams.
