Job summary

We ARE Renewables is seeking an experienced procurement professional to independently manage complex European and national tender processes within large-scale construction, infrastructure, maintenance, and technical projects. You will develop strategies, coordinate across legal, technical, and project teams, and ensure compliant final awards.

The role requires 7+ years in procurement, strong knowledge of tendering and procurement legislation, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• HBO or WO level education required.
• 7+ years in procurement, buying, or tendering.
• Experience with complex European tenders.
• Strong knowledge of procurement legislation and compliance.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, maintenance or technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage European and national tender processes from start to finish.
• Develop appropriate procurement, tendering, and contracting strategies.
• Coordinate tender preparation, publication, evaluation, and award.
• Organize assessment sessions with technical experts and stakeholders.
• Advise project and program teams on procurement and commercial matters.
• Ensure procurement files are complete, compliant, and properly documented.
• Coordinate with legal advisors, contract specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Identify procurement risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Monitor tender planning, quality, compliance, and progress.
• Manage multiple complex tender processes simultaneously.
