Job summary

We ARE Renewables is seeking a senior tendering professional to independently manage European and national procurement processes. You will develop strategies, coordinate publications, evaluations, and awards while liaising with technical experts and stakeholders to ensure compliant, well-documented files.

The role requires experience with complex European tenders, strong procurement knowledge, and excellent Dutch communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, buying, or tendering.
• Demonstrable experience with complex European tenders.
• Strong knowledge of procurement legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, maintenance, or technical projects.
• Experience with assessment, supplier selection, and award procedures.
• Strong stakeholder management experience in complex organizations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently, proactively, and results-oriented.
• Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
