Job summary

Synadia is seeking a recruiter to build and own the talent pipeline across engineering, product and operations. You will identify, attract, and connect top talent to accelerate the company’s growth and impact on mission critical cloud, IoT and AI platforms.

You will work closely with founders and teams to shape hiring strategy, improve candidate experience and drive fast, effective hiring journeys that support Synadia’s ambitious roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or headhunting.
• Strong ability to identify, approach and engage top talent.
• Proven experience building teams in fast growing or technology driven environments.
