As a junior innovation engineer at Synadia you’ll turn complex challenges into simple, scalable software.

You’ll build the systems that connect IoT devices, gateways, and industrial machines with secure, cloud-native software. From creating fast, reliable data flows to designing clean serverless architectures, you make sure information moves smoothly from the edge to the cloud, and control flows back just as effortlessly.

Your work goes beyond writing code. You turn hardware signals, sensor data, and real-world machine behavior into structured, actionable insights. You collaborate with OT specialists, cloud engineers, and data teams to make sure every asset becomes part of a secure, intelligent, and future-ready environment.

Senior experience with AWS (DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Cognito, CloudWatch, IoT Core, Step Functions, S3, CDK).

Deep knowledge of serverless architecture and native AWS implementations.

Action-driven, clear, and pragmatic. No nonsense, just results.
