Job summary

KRUSHLabs in the Netherlands is seeking a Technical Procurement Specialist to support sourcing of technical components, materials, and services for product development and manufacturing. You will translate engineering requirements into effective sourcing strategies and ensure timely availability of materials.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of procurement experience in high-tech manufacturing, understands BOMs, and collaborates with Engineering, Production, and Operations to balance quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or Procurement).
• 3–5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/high-tech environments.
• Ability to interpret engineering specs and BOMs.
• Experience sourcing technical components with engineering teams.
• Knowledge of supplier selection, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• ERP proficiency in Dynamics and/or SAP; Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering and Project teams to source components, materials, and services for development and manufacturing.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and documentation with high accuracy.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships by monitoring performance, resolving issues, and driving improvements.
• Collaborate across Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Operations to ensure material availability and support schedules.
• Support end-to-end procurement process from requisition to delivery tracking.
• Analyze procurement spending and identify cost-saving opportunities using ERP and analytics tools.
