Job summary

Creative Clicks is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Amsterdam. You’ll combine talent attraction, sourcing support, employer brand activation, and responsibility for junior and internship recruitment to build a robust pipeline for the future.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, hiring managers and our Marketing & Communications team, you’ll raise Creative Clicks’ visibility in the talent market, improve candidate

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or Recruitment Marketing.
• Hands-on content creation skills, including basic video filming and editing. (BONUS)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with enthusiasm for content, social media, and employer branding.
• Clear communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Create authentic employer-branding content with the Social Media Manager (employee stories, short-form videos, blogs, social posts).
• Organise events, university partnerships, CC Open Day, and other branding initiatives.
• Support recruitment marketing campaigns and maintain the careers website experience.
• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates across sourcing channels.
• Own internships and junior vacancies from intake to offer; build relationships with universities.
