Job summary

Ritchie Bros. in Breda, Netherlands, is seeking a Supplier Support & Onboarding Specialist to lead onboarding initiatives for assigned suppliers and to be a key contact for ongoing support on the SmartEquip platform.

You will coordinate information from suppliers, ensure go-live milestones are met, work with internal teams, and provide timely, knowledgeable assistance to fleets and suppliers throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience on a project team in information technology preferred.
• Experience delivering web-based software applications preferred.
• Experience with ERP applications and integration concepts preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with external clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onboarding initiatives for assigned suppliers, ensuring all required suppliers are onboarded in SmartEquip to meet the “go-live” milestone set by project management and the customer.
• Coordinate communication with suppliers to collect the information, credentials, content, and system configuration required for implementation.
• Work effectively with internal teams, peers, and external clients to ensure onboarding objectives are delivered on time and meet quality requirements.
