Ritchie Bros. is seeking a Supplier Support & Onboarding Specialist to lead onboarding initiatives for suppliers on the SmartEquip platform. You will coordinate information gathering, configuration, and ongoing support for fleets and suppliers throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, technical understanding, and the ability to work in a highly matrixed environment, interfacing with Product, Engineering, and IT teams as needed.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience on a project team in information technology preferred.
• Experience delivering web-based software applications preferred.
• Experience with ERP applications and integration concepts preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with external clients.

Mansioni

• Lead onboarding initiatives for assigned suppliers, ensuring all required suppliers are onboarded in SmartEquip to meet the go-live milestone.
• Coordinate communication with suppliers to collect information, credentials, content, and system configuration for implementation.
• Work with internal teams, peers, and external clients to ensure onboarding objectives are delivered on time and meet quality requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for suppliers and fleets, addressing their needs.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, escalate complex cases when needed.
• Draft clear support tickets, responses, and internal notes documenting issues and resolutions.
