Job summary

Harrington Boyd is seeking an experienced SAP transformation leader to help build and shape a growing consulting practice. You will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations, working with CIOs and business leaders to translate strategy into value across Europe.

The role combines client delivery, transformation leadership, pre-sales and practice development, with a focus on growing the Netherlands practice and building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong consulting background within a global consultancy or leading management and technology firm.
• Ability to engage credibly with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Experience shaping transformation strategies, roadmaps and delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead major SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes and drive business outcomes.
