Procter & Gamble in Rotterdam is offering a Strategic Sales Internship designed for master students who aim to launch a career in FMCG. Over six months you take ownership of meaningful projects, learn the ins and outs of national key accounts, and receive regular feedback and mentorship to accelerate your FAST development.

You will join a dynamic sales team, work closely with Brand, Finance and Logistics, and potentially transition to a full-time role after the fast track based on performance

Competenze

• Fluent in Dutch and a good command of English.
• Master student or recent graduate.
• Fulltime availability for a minimum of 6 months.
• Natural leader with strong impact on others and results oriented.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Mansioni

• You will own assigned internship projects from Day 1 and be responsible for delivering outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and other functions (Brand, Finance, Logistics).
• Receive regular coaching and mentorship to accelerate your development.
• Contribute to negotiations and business planning for national accounts.
