Job summary

Procter & Gamble Rotterdam invites a Strategic Brand intern who will join a multifunctional commercial team centred on iconic European brands. You will co-lead launches, conduct market analyses, and help design campaigns across retail and e-commerce.

You will work with brand, sales, finance, and media partners to drive growth. The role requires Master student or recent graduate status, strong English and Dutch, and full-time availability for at least 6 months taking the start in Oct/Nov 2026.

Qualifications

• Master student or recent graduate.
• Fulltime availability for at least 6 months.
• Good command of English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead a new launch or evaluate current brand strategies.
• Lead monthly market and brand analysis deep-dives and present actionable insights.
• Design and execute brand campaigns in retail and e-commerce.
• Lead briefs for campaigns and coordinate with agencies.
• Co-develop deployment presentations for upcoming product launches.
• Organize internal events and support brand teams.
• Aim to grow category value and market share through strategic brand decisions.
