Job summary

Axon is seeking a Corporate Counsel based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, to support sales teams worldwide. You will structure, draft, and negotiate complex contracts for SaaS, hardware, and services while collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Software, Product and IT to scale the business. The role requires 5+ years of in-house or similar experience, J.D.

with bar admissions (US/UK/EU), and fluency in navigating regulatory requirements across EMEA. In-office 4x per week in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience negotiating and managing complex contracts.
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, hardware, and services contracts.
• Knowledge of procurement laws in EMEA (UK/EU).
• JD with good standing in US, UK or EU bar.

Responsibilities

• Support EMEA sales teams and potentially other regions.
• Advise on transactional matters and contract negotiations.
• Lead template language, risk analyses, and contract lifecycle processes.
• Travel up to 15% as needed.
