Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Resource Planner to support Audit & Assurance resourcing across multiple offices. You proactively monitor staffing against engagement budgets and help ensure the right teams are on the right engagements.

You will analyze resourcing data, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and optimize processes and systems. This role covers national collaboration and requires strong data-driven advisory skills.

Qualifications

• You have HBO level or equivalent experience.
• Able to challenge with data to support decisions.
• Solution oriented with strong client focus.
• Ability to build relations across levels and fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of portfolio growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitoring resourcing levels and staff distribution against engagement budgets and requests.
• Executing the annual plan process with senior stakeholders.
• Resolving shortfalls and planning clashes.
• Creating and analyzing resourcing data and interpreting trends for data-based decisions.
• Managing incoming requests and keeping the Resourcing system up to date and data accurate.
• Collaborating nationally on knowledge management, systems, and reporting.
• Advising about processes and systems.
