Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands in Rotterdam seeks a Resource Planner to proactively monitor resourcing levels and staff distribution against engagement budgets and requests. You will execute the annual plan with senior stakeholders, resolve shortfalls, and maintain data accuracy in the Resourcing system.

You will create and analyze resourcing data, interpret trends for data-based decisions, and collaborate nationally on knowledge management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in an internal advisory role with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to challenge and substantiate decisions with data.
• Solution oriented with strong client focus and relationship building.
• Confident and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of audit practice and portfolio growth plans.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor resourcing levels and staff distribution against engagement budgets and requests.
• Execute the annual plan process working with senior stakeholders.
• Resolve shortfalls and planning clashes and keep systems up to date.
• Create and analyze resourcing data and interpret trends for decision making.
• Manage incoming requests and ensure data accuracy in the Resourcing system.
• Collaborate on national level with focus on knowledge management and reporting.
• Advise on processes and systems to improve efficiency.
