Qualifications

• A law degree (LLM) in an EMEA jurisdiction.
• Significant relevant experience in regulatory/compliance advisory work.
• Experience in a multinational, technology or semiconductor environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory monitoring: track new laws and revisions; lead regulatory intake and logging.
• Regulatory intelligence: interpret regulations; advise on applicability, risk exposure and consequences.
• Strategic regulatory partnership: collaborate with Government Affairs and stakeholders on regulatory changes and policy advocacy.
• Regulatory monitoring tool ownership: manage the capability to monitor regulatory changes.
• Stakeholder engagement and oversight: raise awareness of new requirements; support risk assessments and gap analyses.
