Job summary

Qabird is seeking a Project Manager to lead internal Satellite Software and CubeSat mission projects in Delft. You will guide planning, execution and delivery from initiation to completion, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, partners and management to ensure success.

You will work with the Technical Lead to ensure technical and commercial outcomes, while managing scope, schedule, and budget in a hybrid, international environment.

Qualifications

• A degree or relevant experience in a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management of complex technical systems (software and/or hardware).
• Fluent in English.
• Energetic team player with a positive and open mindset.
• Solution‑driven and proactive work ethic.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and controlling project plans, including milestones, scope, and costs.
• Managing the day-to‑day execution of projects.
• Coordinating internal resources and external partners/vendors on a daily basis.
• Maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
