Qindle Innovation & Design is seeking a Project Manager to support our Client team in driving a range of strategic and creative projects from briefing to delivery. You bring structure, clarity and momentum to multidisciplinary teams, while managing client expectations and safeguarding the quality, timing and budget of each project.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a project manager, creative producer or client manager.
• Experience managing design, animation, digital content and 3D visualisation projects.
• Strong communication, highly organised, keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of creative, strategic and production projects from briefing to delivery.
• Translate project goals into clear planning, milestones and ways of working.
• Manage client expectations with proactive communication and progress updates.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, resourcing and deliverables, flag risks early.
• Coordinate internal teams, freelancers and production partners; clarify roles.
• Strengthen client relationships by understanding needs and delivering high-quality work.
