Responsibilities

• Challenge our clients by always being one step ahead
• Collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary team (designers, creative directors, tech experts, and client managers)
• Analyze and distill large volumes of data into concise and actionable insights/output
• C-level leadership storytelling and story creation
• Create strategic frameworks that clarify and simplify
• Translate strategy & deep tech content into (visually) engaging stories.
• “Content” ownership from start to finish, includes briefing creatives.
• Represent our work toward senior-level stakeholders with confidence.
• Develop and deepen our long-term relationship with global clients across all levels of the org.

Who we’re looking for

• 5-8 years of experience as a (strategy) consultant, preferably with a background in strategic design.
• Ability to engage with all levels of management, on a personal and professional level
• Experience working with deep tech industry.
• Both a strategic thinker and a hands-on mentality (yes, you will be making slides).
• Capable of keeping a macro view under high pressure yet zooming into “micro” when necessary.
• Curious, flexible, proactive, and resourceful.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Thrive for the best and understand that “the best” is done together.
• Outcome-driven and results-oriented.
• Flexibility to travel abroad for client support (short duration)
