Job summary
NTS Eindhoven is seeking a Project Buyer to lead procurement in customer projects. You select suppliers, develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely material availability across projects. You collaborate with project managers, commodity buyers, and SQEs, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.
The role blends strategic sourcing with hands-on execution in a tech-driven environment. Salary ranges from €5,000 to €7,000 gross per month, with over 40 days off and a remote work allowance
Qualifications
- HBO-level education in relevant field (Technical Business Administration, Supply Chain)
- Minimum of 5 years procurement experience in a similar role
- Experience with machining commodity and ERP systems
- Excellent negotiation and communication in Dutch and English
Responsibilities
- Select and release suppliers based on customer requirements and commodity strategies
- Negotiate project packages and monitor CPR roadmap
- Develop and implement procurement strategies with Commodity Buyers and SQEs
- Ensure timely availability of materials by placing and following up on orders
- Optimize procurement costs according to Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concept
