Job summary

NTS Eindhoven is seeking a Project Buyer to lead procurement for customer projects, selecting suppliers and aligning procurement activities with project objectives. You will collaborate with project managers, commodity buyers, and SQEs, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

Required are 5+ years in procurement with machining knowledge, strong negotiation and Dutch/English communication, and ERP experience with Navision.

Qualifications

• HBO-level education in Technical Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years in a procurement role with machining knowledge.
• Strong analytical, proactive attitude to improve processes; Navision experience; Dutch and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Selecting and releasing suppliers based on customer requirements and commodity strategies.
• Negotiating project packages (QLTC-wide) and monitoring the CPR roadmap.
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies with Commodity Buyers and Supplier Quality Engineers.
• Ensuring timely availability of materials by placing and following up on orders in projects.
• Optimizing procurement costs using the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concept.
