Job summary

NTS Eindhoven is seeking a Project Buyer to lead procurement for customer projects. You will select suppliers, negotiate packages, and align procurement with project goals, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

Collaboration with project managers, buyers, and SQEs will be essential to balance quality, delivery time, and costs. You bring 5+ years in procurement, strong negotiation and Dutch/English communication, and hands-on Navision ERP experience to drive efficient supplier relations and cost

Qualifications

HBO-level education in Technical Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar field.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar procurement role, with machining experience.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude to improve processes.
Experience with ERP systems (preferably Navision) and ICT tools.
Excellent negotiation and Dutch/English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Select and release suppliers based on customer requirements and commodity strategies.
Negotiate project packages and monitor the CPR roadmap.
Develop and implement procurement strategies with Commodity Buyers and SQEs.
Ensure timely availability of materials by placing and following up orders in projects.
Optimize procurement costs according to Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
