Responsibilities

• Defining and implementing sourcing strategies aligned with Group Procurement and Commodity strategies.
• Leading supplier selection and engagement for new product introductions.
• Partnering with R&D, Product Management, Quality, and Procurement teams across the business.
• Driving performance against key objectives including time-to-market, cost targets, sustainability, and risk reduction.
• Working with Commodity Management and country procurement teams to maximise synergies.
• Identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes and ways of working across the Group.
• Leading and developing the Business Unit procurement team.
