Trivium Packaging is seeking a Project Manager PMO to lead complex, cross-functional programs within its Manufacturing Strategy portfolio at the Schiphol site. You will own governance, budgets, and capital project delivery across Europe, while ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.

The role requires 10+ years in project management, MBA or related degree, and fluency in English. You will partner with operations, finance, and commercial teams to drive continuous improvement and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant work experience covering project management.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• MBA or MSc in related field; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic, cross-functional programs including manufacturing footprint optimization and CAPEX initiatives.
• Develop governance, budgets and business cases; ensure tracking and governance.
• Drive continuous improvements and align with Trivium’s Manufacturing Strategy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and report progress to Steering Committee and executives.
