Job summary

Trinamics in the Netherlands seeks a PMO/Program Manager to align goals, budgets and delivery commitments in a world-leading high-tech environment.

You will run governance meetings, maintain action and RAID logs, track progress and risks, and manage resources while building dashboards. The role is a 12-month assignment with hybrid work and a potential permanent position after completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, program management, portfolio management or resource management.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced skills in SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and reporting tools.
• Fluent in English; eligible under US export control regulations.
• Available for employment (not freelance/ZZP) and able to pass a basic pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, facilitate and follow up on program governance meetings.
• Maintain the action log, RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and decision log.
• Track program progress, risks, issues and dependencies and escalate overdue actions.
• Manage resource demand, claims, allocations and capacity planning, and flag gaps and risks in the resource forecast.
• Coordinate stakeholder updates, communications and onboarding for external visitors and contractors.
