You will analyze market dynamics, shape tailored business cases and commercial models, and translate insights into measurable outcomes while collaborating across internal teams to drive the energy transition forward.

Qualifications

• High initiative with a proven growth-target track record.
• Calm, structured, and objective in negotiations.
• Excellent listening, market signal analysis, and translating needs into actions.
• Strategic big-picture focus aligning goals with opportunities.
• Full professional English proficiency; other languages are a plus.
• 3–5 years in B2B sales or business development in energy tech (PCS/BESS).
• Bachelor or Master in electrical engineering or equivalent.
