Job summary

Instabee is seeking a Strategic & Operational Analyst (Strategic Project Manager – operations) to join the BNL Analytics team in Amsterdam. You will partner with the Head of Operations BNL to identify opportunities, run analyses, design improvement initiatives and lead change projects across Dutch & Belgium operations.

You will drive KPI development, reporting, and dashboards to support data-driven decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and international initiatives to deliver

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience from management consulting or a similar analytical/ project-driven role, ideally with operations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Operations and other teams across Operations, covering parcel pick-ups, sorting and last-mile delivery.
• Identify improvements (or bottlenecks) in cost efficiency and quality, and drive implementation across operations.
• Drive your own projects and support teams with ad-hoc insights.
• Support data-driven decision making by establishing KPIs, reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Group functions to work on international initiatives and cross-learn from other markets.
• Make a key difference to ensure we act fast and smart to deliver a better consumer experience.
