Stahl International BV is seeking a Business Analyst to translate complex business data into actionable insights that enhance operational and commercial performance. You will partner with Operations and Commercial teams to shape data-driven decisions across a global organization, driving innovation through Power BI, AI and Copilot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics & AI or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, FP&A or business controlling within an international environment.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, SAP and affinity with AI and Copilot.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and digitalization.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner for Operations and Commercial teams, translating data into meaningful business insights.
• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards, KPIs and management reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize reporting processes using AI, Copilot and modern BI solutions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, investment decisions and profitability analyses across products, customers and regions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Commercial and IT teams to improve business performance and data quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and strengthen business control.
