Roche Diagnostics Netherlands Almere is seeking a Network Lead Molecular Diagnostics to unite a cross-functional team of 15–25 specialists spanning sales, marketing, service, consultancy and applications, and to drive commercial growth while advancing patient outcomes.

In this agile, influence-based leadership role, you will shape strategy, partner with key stakeholders, and embed digital innovation into customer and patient pathways, reporting to the Healthcare Transformation Platform Lead.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or commercial strategy within healthcare.
• Proven track record translating high-level strategies into actionable account plans and results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• English proficiency essential; Dutch language skills highly preferred for local market engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the network-based vision and account strategies to drive growth and OKRs, with end-to-end P&L accountability.
• Lead as a Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach to empower a cross-functional team of 15–25 specialists.
• Partner with sales on strategic pricing, account-based marketing, and must-win commercial opportunities.
• Integrate digital innovation and narrative around our diagnostic solutions into customer and patient ambitions.
• Lead strategic direction for major industry events, trade shows, and symposia to position Roche as partner of choice.
• Utilize market insights to optimize commercial performance and diagnostic adoption across key accounts.
