Job summary

Roche is seeking a Network Lead for Molecular Diagnostics in the Netherlands. You will unify a cross-functional team, drive commercial ambitions, and enhance customer engagement across the Dutch healthcare ecosystem.

Lead with an influence mindset, shaping strategy and accelerating digital and diagnostic solutions within a matrixed environment. You will influence strategy without formal authority, report to the Healthcare Transformation Platform Lead, and drive tangible impact on patient

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or commercial strategy within healthcare.
Proven ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable account plans and commercial results.
English proficiency is essential; Dutch language skills are highly preferred for engaging with the local market.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the network-based vision and account strategies with end-to-end P&L accountability.
Lead a cross-functional network of 15–25 specialists with a high-performance culture.
Partner with sales on strategic pricing, account-based marketing, and key opportunities.
Integrate digital innovation into customer and patient ambitions.
Direct the strategic direction for major industry events and partnerships.
Leverage market insights to optimize performance and adoption.
