Job summary

igen, a recruitment scale-up specialising in IT, Technik, and Care, seeks a proactive Key Account Manager. You will manage IT client relationships, contribute to workforce planning, and seek new commercial opportunities while collaborating with internal teams.

This role is based at our Amsterdam office. Requirements include a minimum of 1 year in sales or account management, strong interpersonal skills, and fluent Dutch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience (e.g. in staffing, sales or account management).
• Able to build and maintain client relationships with IT focus.
• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships within the IT sector.
• Strategically align workforce planning with client project needs.
• Identify new commercial opportunities within existing accounts.
• Schedule and nurture client visits on site.
• Collaborate with field managers and recruiters on internal projects.
