Job summary

Sinclair is seeking a detail‑oriented Planning and Inventory Manager to lead inventory optimization at our injectable products manufacturing site. You will forecast demand, align production schedules with resource capacity, and drive continuous improvements to cut costs and boost service levels.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams across procurement, manufacturing, and quality to ensure streamlined stock management, accurate forecasting, and efficient use of materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
