Job summary

Catalyze Group is seeking a strategic Innovation Consultant to strengthen and grow our Industrial & Digital Technologies practice. You will guide technology-driven businesses from concept to market, translating complex innovations into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and funding plans.

You will become a trusted partner to clients, challenging assumptions, shaping development, and helping founders move from technical ambition to real-world impact. Strong Dutch and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in engineering, applied sciences, or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant client-facing or advisory experience.
Proven understanding of technology development, product development, and innovation strategy.
Native-level Dutch and professional fluency in English.
Experience with public funding, grant proposals is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Innovation strategy & roadmapping: assess innovations and translate ambitions into clear roadmaps.
Client leadership & project ownership: lead projects from scoping to delivery and follow-up.
Commercial growth & partnerships: build long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities.
