Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries is seeking an Industry Marketing Manager for Consumer Packaging to lead the regional, future-focused strategy within the Consumer Packaging segment (flexible and rigid). You will collaborate with value chains and LYB units to define the value proposition and align pricing for new products, driving growth and profitability.

Qualifications

University: master’s or bachelor’s degree
Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing or product management within the Consumer Packaging Industry
Good technical understanding of polyolefins products and related packaging

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed analyses of sub-market segments and key drivers.
Understand inter-material replacement and megatrends impacting end-market.
Define strategy by sub-market segments and coordinate implementation with internal stakeholders.
Develop industry network and manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
Define value proposition and initial price strategy for new products.
Coordinate marketing assets for industry events and campaigns.
Support launches of new products and monitor competitor activities.
