Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Product Manager to drive market understanding, define strategy, and own the product lifecycle from ideation to sunset. You’ll collaborate with Sales, PMM and Engineering to translate roadmap into actionable requirements and prioritize the backlog.

You will engage with customers at events, influence pricing, and ensure effective GTM messaging while supporting continuous product improvements and DPI & CPI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
• Greater than 3 years of Identity Industry experience.
• Min 4 years in Product Management or Product Development & New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Proficient in English Language - Additional languages advantageous (Dutch / Italian).
• Experience in launching products or services in partnership with engineering teams.
• High degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development & Agile approach.
• Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with customer first thinking.
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent product management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand market & target end users served by IAI products.
• Develop product strategy and roadmap with Sales, PMM and Engineering.
• Own lifecycle from development to decline/withdrawal.
• Translate roadmap features into requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize and maintain product backlog in discussion with ENG.
