Job summary

The company is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead its Identity platform, focusing on the collection, transformation, and application of identity data for the business. This senior, highly visible role will ensure data quality, integration with product offerings, and the launch of identity-based products for merchants.

You will drive cross-functional alignment, define the product vision, and work with Engineering, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience building and scaling complex products based on petabyte scale datasets
• Demonstrated ability to operate at enterprise scale
• Product & Platform Leadership: vision, prioritization, cross-functional delivery

Responsibilities

• Set Vision & Strategy: define long-term vision, priorities, roadmaps, success metrics
• Drive adoption of Identity data at scale across teams and merchants
• Assess and improve Identity data quality and build tooling for adoption
• Build for Scale & Regulatory Rigor: balance speed, compliance, and value, work with Privacy/Regulatory teams
• Lead Through Influence: act as product authority across the company, align Engineering, Commercial, Risk and Operations
