Job summary

INOCEL, a French leader in modular, free-emission hydrogen generators, is strengthening its business development team with a permanent position in the Netherlands. This role offers autonomy to influence strategic decisions and drive new business opportunities in the hydrogen and energy transition sector.

You will identify prospects, manage a portfolio, and lead proposals and negotiations, collaborating with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. A health insurance benefit is included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development for complex products.
• Experience in generator or high-power energy solutions is a plus.
• Degree in Sales or technical background required.
• Strong understanding of energy-related challenges and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Shape INOCEL’s market positioning and long-term growth.
• Identify and qualify new prospects, manage a client portfolio.
• Lead the sales cycle from needs assessment to contract signature.
• Provide post-sale support with technical teams and monitor satisfaction.
• Represent INOCEL at trade shows and industry events.
