Job summary

Bright-Professionals is seeking a Project Manager for the Hydrogen Network project in the Netherlands. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across technology, environment, contracts, and controls, ensuring a feasible, cost-efficient design suitable for construction and upgrade of existing gas and hydrogen assets.

The role requires leading complex stakeholder environments, guiding detail engineering, procurement, and commissioning, and maintaining strict safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• A relevant technical HBO or WO degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience with complex infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects.
• Experience with integrated project governance across scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating in complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience with contract management, preferably in a construction team setting and UAV2012 or similar contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology, environment, contract management, and project controls.
• Ensure integrality and feasibility of design in the construction team phase with partners.
• Apply knowledge of installation techniques for a cost-efficient, buildable design with manageable risks.
• Translate complex dependencies into clear decision-making and maintain a single project picture.
• Contribute to deliverables like specifications, execution plans, contracts, budgets, and schedules.
• Guide project development toward detail engineering, procurement, realization, commissioning, and handover.
• Monitor quality and progress during execution and verify compliance with requirements.
• Prepare the execution plan and keep it up to date; align technical issues with the contractor and coordinate resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team work and support foremen during execution.
• Contribute to construction and commissioning plans and oversee their execution.
