Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in HRM, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in a broad HR advisory role.
• Experience with absence management, labour law, and recruitment.
• Excellent command of Dutch and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters, employment conditions and labour law.
• Coordinate absenteeism and reintegration processes and liaise with occupational health services.
• Lead recruitment for operational and technical positions and manage relationships with candidates and agencies.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
