Job summary

Prysmian is seeking an HR Advisor to be the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters. You will advise on employment terms, performance, absenteeism, and labour law, while coordinating absence management and reintegration programs.

You will also manage recruitment for operational and technical roles and maintain HR administration across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with health services, occupational doctors and UWV, contribute to HR projects, and support DEI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a broad HR advisory role.
• Experience with absence management, labour law and recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
• Excellent command of Dutch and a good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters, employment conditions, performance management and labour law.
• Coordinate absence management, reintegration and liaison with occupational health services and UWV.
• Coordinate full recruitment and selection for operational and technical roles with hiring managers and partners.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR administration across onboarding, changes, transfers, offboarding and HR correspondence.
• Participate in HR projects and support engagement initiatives to improve processes.
