Job summary

KNDS Deutschland GmbH in Amsterdam seeks an experienced strategist to align group and segment strategies across international markets. You will lead the strategy cycle and facilitate seminars for top management.

You will design communications to convey the corporate vision to a global workforce, implement KPI-driven reporting, and build an international network to accelerate cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and communicating corporate strategies within international structures or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical, strategic and conceptual skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with executive and management stakeholders.
• Business fluency in English; German or French knowledge is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Shape KNDS Group strategy and align segment and functional strategies with the group strategy.
• Lead and develop the group strategy cycle and run strategic seminars for top management.
• Design targeted communications to convey the corporate vision to the global workforce.
• Implement and develop a group-wide strategy control system with KPI tracking and reporting.
• Build an international network of executives to accelerate cross-functional collaboration.
