Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to strengthen budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in the Netherlands. You will deliver reliable analyses, monitor performance, and support data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will build and maintain dashboards using OneStream and Power BI, collaborate with multiple departments, and help drive continuous improvement in financial processes while upholding governance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, Controlling, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A, Financial Analysis, Controlling, Reporting, or related finance function.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, budgeting, forecasting, and BI/reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; experience with OneStream and Power BI are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Perform financial analysis, evaluate performance against plans, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and BI reports to communicate insights to management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into measurable actions.
• Support process improvements and ensure data quality and governance.
