Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or related analytical roles.
• Proven ability to develop budgets, forecasts, and management reports with Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root-cause analysis, financial modeling, and delivering actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with operational teams and influence decisions.
• Knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and financial compliance requirements.
• Strategic mindset with continuous improvement orientation; able to lead projects and drive efficiencies.
• Fluency in English preferred; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes, monitoring performance against targets and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Design and implement a KPI framework to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide data-backed insights to support strategic decisions and cross-functional partnerships.
• Identify financial and operational risks, monitor cash flow, receivables and payables, and ensure compliance.
• Design and develop financial data models, BI dashboards, and automated reporting tools.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives such as benchmarking and methodology standardization, and provide financial training.
