Job summary

Nutreco is hiring a Finance Business Partner for the Asia region. You will act as the financial sparring partner to commercial, supply chain and procurement leaders, driving regional pricing, margins and IBP processes.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis while building dashboards integrating finance and operations. You will coordinate reporting across procurement, operations and supply chain for BU Asia, influence decisions with robust financial modeling, and travel within

Qualifications

• Finance professional who can challenge the room with solid modeling and analysis.
• Experience partnering in a multi-country regional finance role, in FMCG or complex manufacturing.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and variance analysis capabilities.
• Working knowledge of ERP and reporting tools; familiarity with SAP/Power BI is a plus.
• Comfort working across cultures and time zones with trust-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Act as the financial sparring partner to commercial, supply chain and procurement leaders across your OpCo cluster.
• Drive regional pricing and margin management with consistent approaches across OpCos.
• Balance regional/global priorities with local realities and translate direction into actions.
• Validate and follow up on IBP/Financial Outlook processes and dashboards.
• Lead budgeting and rolling forecast, and consolidate results monthly.
• Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Run variance and trend analyses; flag risks early and propose actions.
• Coordinate reporting across BU Asia and build a culture of timely, accurate data.
