Job summary

Nutreco is seeking a Plant Finance Manager for our Indianapolis facility. You will lead site finance and administrative activities, develop financial plans, and partner with operations to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

This role offers visibility to senior leadership and a chance to shape financial strategy for a key manufacturing site. The ideal candidate brings CPA/Chartered Accountant designation and strong finance leadership within manufacturing, with a focus on data-driven

Qualifications

Manufacturing finance expertise, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, reporting.
Professional integrity and compliance with strong governance and risk management.
Business partnership with operations leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead site finance and administrative activities and develop financial plans.
Forecast business performance and provide analysis to support decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability, manage costs and strengthen controls.
Oversee annual planning, capital investment decisions, financial reporting and compliance.
Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for site leadership.
