Job summary

Sibelco Nederland NV in Maastricht is seeking a Business Controller who will own the cluster's financial controlling and, alongside HR, oversee recruitment, onboarding, time and attendance, and employee development.

You will partner with management to drive performance, manage industrial and employee relations, and ensure country policies are up to date through the HR self-service portal, while supporting talent sourcing for managerial roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR or Law; master degree preferred or equivalent by experience.
• Prior HR generalist/manager experience required.
• English proficiency; local language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing and workforce planning for the cluster.
• Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding for all staff.
• Manage time & attendance, absence tracking, and HR administration.
