Job summary

Sibelco Group is seeking a Business Controller for our Maastricht Op De Bos Office to drive financial planning, reporting, and control across our production footprint.

You will manage monthly close, CAPEX, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analyses while supporting SAP optimization and external reporting. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with prior experience in international production environments.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO/WO education in economics, accounting, or similar.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as (Business) Controller.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to handle big data.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both written and oral.
• Experience in international production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports, variance analyses, and KPI tracking.
• Produce periodic CAPEX reports and support budget cycles.
• Draw up budgets and forecasts and monitor deviations.
• Conduct cost controlling and gross margin analyses.
• Prepare financial reporting under accounting rules, including consolidation (Tagetik).
• Support SAP optimization projects and external reporting (VAT, CBS).
• Assist internal and external auditors and contribute to the annual external audit.
• Create ad hoc reports as needed.
